Transmission problem??

Ok so my trucks been acting really weird this last week and I can't figure out what's going on! Replaced plugs and wires, also ran seafoam through the gas and changed the fuel filter. When I drive it'll hesitate and kind of backfire between 2-3k rpm, and it doesn't seem to want to shift, I can...
