What should I do in my tune up

Help me out please

Hey guys I have a 1990 Chevrolet 1500 5.7 liter single cab and recently where did I Drive and I start coming to a stop the right side of my truck Starts to smoke badly and it is only when I come to a stop its also when I am driving I don't know what to do and I don't know what the problem is it...
