It's a stock replacement as far as I know. Went into my 3/4 burb. The two reman units from the parts store had a lot of slop between 11-1 on the wheel. The new one turns as soon as I move the wheel.

Received my Redhead today and installed it tonight. The old burb finally drives like it should. After two parts store reman units I'll never buy anything else. A little extra money but worth it.
If you need a steering box don't make the same mistake I did. Now I'm sending my "new" steering box...
I purchased a 1999 2500 Suburban with the 454/4L80E. I've been trying to figure out a weird rattle or pinging I've been hearing so I picked up an adapter and the app.
