More pulling power from my K2500

If I down shift to third it will rev to 3800 rpm but it’s not pulling. Then when I shift back to fourth the rpms drop too much. I am talking going up a slight grade pulling 4500 lbs. I am sure I could wind it 4000 rpm but I don’t as there is no benefit to doing that. I just gave the truck a tune...

My family drives older vehicles, I have a lift and I do all the mechanic work so I don't have to be concerned with labor cost.

I have a GMC K2500 7200 gvw . It has a NV4500, 5.7 and a 14 bolt with I think 3.42 gears. When I got the truck I already had an Edlebrock intake, TB spacer and air raid air intake. I have milled the top of the TB and added an injector pod spacer. I would like to have more pulling power. Some...
