Wiring A/C to work without PCM 98 7.4L K3500

Thanks a lot, I used your diagram and got my ac system wired up and blowing cold air. Right in time before the real heat comes lol

How to wire up a binary switch on a 97 c1500 4.3 (LQ4 Swapped)

So on the AC relay I tested the voltage on the 4 wires that run into it. I got 12v on the 2 fuse wires (AC & Comp Clutch fuse) but the wire (Green) that originally went to the compressor clutch I’m not getting anything at all. I’m sorry I’m new to this wiring stuff. I probably should’ve done it...

How to wire up a binary switch on a 97 c1500 4.3 (LQ4 Swapped)

It’s LS swapped so I’m using a different pcm but still have the original fuse box, do you think I can run a wire from the A/C relay directly to it?

Hey I’m on the final stretch of finally installing my A/C system. All I need is to wire up the binary switch and have the compressor clutch engage. It’s an after market compressor with only one wire (no high pressure cut off switch) How did you guys wire up your binary switch? Thank you

Having problems with my instrument cluster

Solved the issue, check the harness that runs in the driver side frame rail. It goes all the way from the rear bumper to the engine bay. There are a few grounds along the harness so check those and check the 3 plugs near the firewall under the brake booster. I assume that they weren’t making...

Hey I know this is an old thread but I have a question. Did you have to get the gray convenience center box out of a power truck as well? Or can I use the one on my truck already, they look similar. I have a 97 c1500 work truck by the way.

Having problems with my instrument cluster
