I believe 99 2000 have the long crank i known that you can bolt the th400 to the shore crank with a 4l80e flex plate with the oem spacer the 6.0 came with a spacer never used a 4l60e that came behind a gen 1or 2 sbc may work the same
tbi no more 383 need to go with a holley or something like it if you have a automatic if it is a manual you can go carb dont waste you time on the tbi you payed good money for a 383 than dont hold it back with bad fueling
O ya cab mount will need to be cut and moved new holes for the bead and fule tank fule lines brake lines and the cab mount are a pane in the you know what to line up but these is how gm did it I had my 1989 k1500 to go by not fun never will be fun im right naw doing a k20 frame of and that is fun
If it was me I would of used a transmission shop to rebuild and put the trans in my self you save a lot of money that way I pad a shop 1300 to rebuild my 4l80e but a 4l60e should be easy too find could go to a junck yard and find a used transmission a bit of gamble though if steal won't to...
