Have you swapped the SRW hubs back on to see if the problem is eliminated? With everything you have done seems like the problem could be the hubs. Are the bearing races seated properly? Spindle nuts/locks in good shape? Hubs new or used? Bent hubs?

Thanks for the response I believe I found the issue after taking a day off of the truck and then spending 30 minutes with it tonight.
After all that wire chasing, diagram studying and thinking I have no clue what's going on with 12volts...
One problem turned out to be swinging to many hammers...
