Yeah so as I predicted, its running normal again. When I shut it off at lunch it was stuck in crazy mode. I did nothing to it since then. Just walked out to it and fired it up and all is well.
Unless I am sorely mistaken... Theres no cam sensor on a 94. If everything else is working but the pump is not then I would check the oil pressure switch. I am pretty sure they supply power to the relay. At least thats what I have remember reading. I dont have a schematic for that truck to verify.

You saved my bacon. I had the exact problem as you. I had power to the motor but it wouldnt work. If the motor was connected the actuators wouldnt work either. Cut out the plug and spliced the wires and all is good. THANK YOU

Ok. Cable adjustment fixed the problem. Still slips in reverse. Ill throw a boost valve and a bottle of lucas in it next. If that dont fix it ill deal for now.
Its a cable setup. I didnt see any way to adjust it. Now doing some looking online, I see there is a way. Will have to try it this weekend. Who knows, maybe that will solve the slipping reverse problem too. If not, i may put a new boost valve in it.
