Florida has no limit, you just can't drive with any lights on that sit above your headlights

    Lightbar Wiring

I like the way mine looks, I'm getting a safari style roof rack built soon as well so even though it sits up there it won't look bad with the rack. I don't think it looks bad the way it is now

    Lightbar Wiring

good advice but I'm doing two not one which is why I wanted to beef everything up, I have a harness but it's 12 and 14 gauge wire and a 40 amp relay but it really needs to be a 50 amp relay with a 50 amp fuse and thicker wire. one of the bars is a spot bar and the other is a flood bar, I didn't...

I'm not positive, you could be right that's why I came here. any idea where I can find a 50 amp in line fuse? advanced auto didn't have it

    Lightbar Wiring

I think 4 gauge is a little overkill, I think I'm gonna do 8 gauge from the bars to the relay and 8 gauge to the relay to the battery and then use 10 gauge from the relay to the switch using a 50 amp relay and 50 amp fuse able link with 8 gauge wire, pretty sure the LED bars are using 10 gauge...

    Lightbar Wiring

okay, so I just got (2) 50" dual row curved lightbars, 500 watts each, 21 amps. the wiring harness I was given says it's rated for 775 watts and it's 10 gauge wire, looks a little thin for 10 but I may be wrong but I cannot fit two harness down my door jam to hide the wires and I would like to...

    Upgraded Components

I'm not planning on running wide tires or crazy offset, 13.5 wide tires and 9" wide wheels, but I do want to upgrade my components to handle everything a little bit longer and easier. I have a 1999 Chevy Suburban K2500 which I mean it's already a 3/4 ton so it's not like it isn't heavy duty but...

    40's on IFS

thanks for the decent comment, and yeah I would be doing 5.13 to get it back to factory rpms and maybe a locker in the rear

    40's on IFS

lol so ignorant, I don't have the capability of doing an SAS myself so no, it can't be done for a couple grand. second, I wouldn't be going cheap on it because it would be 1 ton front and rear swap on coilovers with 4 link all custom fab work done by my guy who's doing it for a fair price. and...

    40's on IFS

I'm feeling cheap and don't want to spend $10,000 on an SAS swap. I may do it eventually but FTS sells a 12" kit with nice 2.0 shocks for about $5,700.... I have a 1999 Chevy Suburban K2500 so it's 3/4 ton parts. I'm planning on a 12" lift and 40x15.5R22 toyos and 22x14 Fuel Cleavers. what's...

    SAS Suburban

leaf springs ride too rough if I don't wanna pay out the ass for the top of the line quality springs. tricky to package? what do you mean? my Offroad shop neighbor is doing all the work. and lol I don't want to be like everyone else. "oh look another OBS on lead springs, so original"
