Truck stumbles

After installing all new ignition and still having the surge problem. Cylinder 7 and 8 spark plugs (remind you I replacedbwith cheap bosch) were already black and fouled out. Took all of them back and replaced with ac delco plats at .45 runs 10 times better. Also was told my old distributors...

Engine sluggish vibration at acceleration
