    Got all the trim off. Was able to heat up the adhesive under the rubber panels and roll it off fairly easy. I will see if that works on the adhesive that was under the metal trim tomorrow.

    Working on it now. The rubber trim was pretty easy to remove. The metal panels have a different adhesive; it almost looks like weather stripping adhesive. The metal panels are a PITA.

    I'm kind of ignorant when it comes to electricity. Will this relay be sufficient? http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3020762# Just to be sure, I would run: #87 to Brown (low beams) #86 to Green (high beams) #30 to inline fuse and then to positve/battery #85 to negative/ground
