Wiggly steering column

I'm not sure were this thread would go so, but anyway my steering column is very wiggly. Up down left right. Does it need tightining or is it junk. How unsafe is it?

Very common problem there's three screws inside the column that back out. You have to lock tote them back in. There's a pretty good hid on youtube.
