Widest rear tire with a 3” drop

I have a 1994 c1500 and I’m doing a slight lowered look (2” coils in front and 3 to 4” McGauphys spring/shackle drop in the rear). What is the widest rear tire and rim I can run? I have the bed off so, I’m willing to trim whatever I need to

I have a 20x10" rim in the rear with 285/35/20 tires, I have about 1.5" to the inside fenderwell and the outside about .75" or a little less'

PS I forgot, Im about an 8" drop back there

Im running a 305/45 r22 on a factory gm 9" wheel. 4.5" rear drop and tires are 12" wide. there is plenty of room.
