5w30, change it every 6000kms (approx 3700 miles for you guys to the south), I use el-cheapo oil, whatever is on sale, I put quite a few clicks on my truck and I'm draining it out every 6k anyway, so I don't feel the need for expensive oil. Any other lubricants (grease, gear oil, atf, brake fluid etc.) I buy the best I can find because I don't change that stuff very often.

I change my oil at 3000KM with normal Quaker State. I've ran it in everything I've ever owned, and my father has been running it for as long as he can remember and we've never had any problems due to oil. I also use a FRAM filter.

I use Royal Purple 10w30 with a Napa Premium (Wix) filter. I change it once a year, truck sees a couple thousand miles a year. Lately, it's lucky to see a 100 miles a week. Gas is only 3.39 and it's gets about 20 mpg, but it's just not good enough it seems like.

I run the mobil 5000 or valvoline depending on if its on sale, always 5w-30 with a quart of lucas and a mobil 1 filter. I change it at 3,000 miles and thats usually about every 6 months. Trucks got 312,000 miles on the original motor (retired to play toy at this time) and when i drive it I wring on it. I change the oil in my 4 cyl. ranger every 4 or 5 thousand with whatever 5w-30 is on sale and a motorcraft filter. I'm really surprised by the number of guys running 15w-40 here though.
