I got the front spindles rough country for $300 with free shipping. I just can't remember the site. I'm at work but will look when I get home. I then put the bilstein 5100's in all four corners.

I have 3" blocks in the rear but will be swapping to the shackle flip lift very soon.

I found a supplier but unsure of which rim I can use.

Ok I looked in my gmail and found the company. I got the spindles from TruckProUSA. If I remember right I just put in the part number and searched. I paid $305.96 delivered.

As far as I know on the wheel part stock wheels work fine. I have changed mine to 15x8 with 4" BS. They are steel with the D holes in them and I got them from summit for $60 a piece.

Pretty much anything with 4.5" of backspacing, on a 8"-9" wide wheel, you'll be fine. I bought mine from a local 4x4 shop, I think they where $280 + tax, so right at $300.
