I’m looking too find out what year span that most of the 95-99 OBS c1500 trucks received the nv3500 option ?

Im gathering info and parts swapping my 4l60 too nv3500 would I want to find one from a specific year span?
Mostly asking to make it easier for the trans / pedals flywheel all to match up I’m doing this on a 99 obs suburban but it’s not any different it may as well be a 95-98 since they made the suburban one more year ending In 99’

look for a later one, pretty sure they followed the NV4500's switch to internal slave cylinder in 1996. While harder to change, there is less to go wrong than the 95 and older with a fork and pivot ball.
Shift boot and tower changed for the GMT800, so you are preferably looking for a 96-98 unit.

They can be had behind all engines except 6.5L diesel in 7200 gvwr and lower applications.

The OE parts diagrams and the service manual would be your best source of information.
