What is it, and where does it go?

Just had work done to the K2500 and noticed this sticking out of the wheel well when getting gas. Can someone identify it, and where it should be connected?

Thanks. This truck is new to me, and usually I saw the block heaters sticking out of the front of the grill on trucks I was more familiar with.

Definitely an electrical connection. Looked up similar online, and yup, block heater.

Connection for a block heater. I had one too, just took it off because I had no block heater to connect it to.
