I am looking to install load resistors on my front LED turn signal bulbs. I was wondering if the turn signal wire color was the green or brown one?

Green for right, Yellow for left, Brown for running lights.

I'm about to install the load resisters too.
The front park/turn lights have three wires: blue, brown and black with white stripe.
Which one is the ground?

Should be the black with the white stripe, but you should check this with an ohm meter or you can use a test light, but you must remove the bulb to test this ether way.

ok, Thanks.
Installed the resisters using the black with white stripe and the blue wire. Didn't use the brown wire on the front park/turn lights.
Now I've got another issue I'll search the forums for a fix...
