Vortec 454 stumbling after sitting at idle?

Quick question as I don't want to just throw parts at this truck. It runs fine and if it doesn't idle for too long it will take off just fine like at a stop sign. But sitting on idle for a while like at a stop light or drive-thru it will stumble when trying to take off. It will sit and idle just fine forever but it only stumbles when accelerating off idle. What could this be? Thanks!!!

The normal questions apply. What's your fuel pressure? Is the air filter reasonably clean? How about your O2 sensor swings?

Can you hook up a coder reader? My 98 was stumbling intermittently only at idle while in gear, turned out my #3 cylinder was mis-firing. Pulled plug wire, added small dab of dielectric grease, snugged it back over the spark plug, idles like new again.

There are no check engine light on, but I suppose I could still plug it in next time I'm at the parts store.

And the whole fuel system in brand new up to the injectors.

Issues with the tps? Intake gasket leaks??? Which is what happened to me.
