I used my 10-bolt 1500 springs with the 14-bolt axle.

I don't remember doing anything to the springs--and therefore the saddle on top--when I changed axles.

The bottom plate is absolutely different, however.

Sorry, I was thinking that plate being completely different... it's actually the bottom plate. The one with holes is the one I was thinking about.

Not sure if anyone is still wondering about this, but I believe that the only difference between the 9200# and 9000# GVWR on the 3500 SRW is that the 9200# is for 4wd, 9000# for 2wd. Other than that should be the same.

I installed a rear leaf suspension kit from ATS Springs this past summer on my 96 K1500. My originals were 9/16 and kit said it would come with 9/16 but what arrived was 5/8 :biggrin:. This came with kit and gives torque specs.
