Last time my truck saw a tune up was right before the guy sold it too me. Now i have seen this Accel tune up kit at O'reily and its cap, rotor, wires, and plugs i believe. So my question is what brand do you guys recommend or should i just stick with AC Delco?

you can not go wrong with ac delco, others may work just as well but why take the chance

The E3's are pointless, the spark is going to take the path of least resistance regardless. Go back to a good ac delco IMO, it takes only a few seconds to check gap

A plain ol' CR43TS will work best.
