You're welcome! I've done a little research on this, kind of a GMT400 lighting nerd.
I run those Anzo 111004 headlights on both of my '97s and I like them a lot. I've got pics if you want to see them installed.
In those particular headlight housings I would use Philips 9011 HIRs for the high beam, you'll have to trim one tab to get them to fit in the sockets, like so:

For the low beam I would recommend Philips X-tremeVision 9006s as they're the brightest standard halogens on the market.

The reason I would not recommend upgrading to the 9012 HIR bulbs in the low beams of these headlights is that the stock 9006 bulbs have a painted glare cap on the end of the bulbs, where as the 9012 HIRs do not and could potentially create a hot spot or glare in headlight housings without a glare cap.
Stay away from HID, LED, or any halogen with a significant amount of blue or other colored coating on the bulb glass.
