If they are both the same kind of motor then yes they will interchange and so will one off of a 4.3.

Never owned or even seen under the hood of a 454 truck, I only give advice on what I personally know work's, but the big block may well be the same.

Here's another stupid engine question, is your 6.0 MPFI or TBI-FI?

MPFI, and no problem man.

Go look under the hood of a 60's-90's bus and if it's a gasser, you're likely to see a tbi 6.0(labeled as 366ci)

That's interesting, I will have to check that out for sure, mine is an 6.0 LS motor, I don't even have word's for how much more power it has than my old TBI 350!

you just have to change the pully size am i correct?

On a tbi 4.3,305,350 the pulley size is the same on the stock alternator. Unless it was ordered with a special high output alt.
