Hello All! Just had to make a new account because I couldn't remember anything about my old one, I don't think I ever posted with it. Anyway, here's my truck:

1998 K1500 cheyenne, 3" body lift, 315/75R16 Wild Country MTX tires, almost destroyed front steering, and a rough paintjob on the truck. First thing I did was fix the passenger door handle, which was a coat hanger when I bought it:

Finally got the steering all fixed, whoever lifted it disconnected my panhard arm and forgot to fully tighten it. No pictures of that.
Did some heavy hauling with it:

Got a CB radio and some antenna's from a family friend for $10, something a 17 year old was able to afford, plus the 3x5 I flew because it pissed my principal off:

Painted my bowtie and rims black:

And then after I graduated, I worked full time to pay for college, and was able to buy a few more parts for the truck, tow mirrors, Halo's, and new bumper lights:

And then, a week before i was supposed to move to college in Maine, I cut a turn tight to avoid a car that was leaning into my lane, saw my tow mirror fold in, and felt the truck shake. Got out and found a telephone pole there. From mid-door to infront of the passenger wheelwell. This is the only picture you can see it, with my buddie's blue truck:

Eventually found a decent bed for $150 on craigslist, the guy even delivered it the one hour drive to me. Got the old bed off(Cut the old bed off) and got the new one on(Plus painted my frame while i was at it.

She's a little rusty, but I'm getting flares anyway.

Got some reverse lights for free from the pops:

New tires, the old ones were a little balding, at this point I'd put 12000 on the truck since i bought it april of 2014(This was in October)

A nice sticker, one that my dad didn't appreciate:

And that's how she sits currently, and Yes, I do commute to school, about 30 highways miles one-way. Bought the truck before I decided on college, didn't plan on driving alot.

This truck is :boobs: and I drive a truck daily. A few times a month, I commute 4 hours one way, then 4 hours back. Roughly 280 miles. I wouldn't have it any other way lol

Yeah I love it on the highway, drives better than my buddies Grand Cherokee. Had I known I was going to college, I probably wouldn't have gotten the lifted truck. It has a superchip in it and I average 12 on the highway. On another note, does anyone know how to post pictures so they aren't tiny?

So the list of stuff that I'm hoping to do to the truck:
Complete exhaust, hi-flow CAT
Cut out flares on the back to match the front
New back bumper
Smoke the tails
New pass. door to fix the dent, move interior panel and tow mirror to new door
Fix the smashed in section of the cab
Finish painting the frame
Mount my Red lights with a quick disconnect so i can put my blues in when i go to CT
Kodiak/topkick handles
Interior LED's
88-93 style grille, painted black
Some form of LED bar(s?) on the front bumper
and finally painting it. Trying to decide between staying red, or going either Black or orange. Hard to decide when you want them all.
