Tcase drop bracket

This may be very stupid but I’m going to ask anyways cause I can’t find any information about this but... is it possible to just install s tease drop bracket for a lift, then crank the keys?

Do you mean a diff drop? I assume that is what you mean to correct for CV shaft angles. You still need to address ball joint angles.
