TBI Replacement

Have a 1990 chevy 4.3l 262 v6 TBI, does anyone know of a replacement TBI i could use and if so would i have to mess with the ecm, thanx guys

WHats wrong with your TBI? why are you planning on changing it ?

somehow it went missing, the trucks been sitting there for about a year now, not sure how that went missing though.... so any suggestions

i have seen some "new" decent priced oem ones one ebay ......like a month ago.....hope that helps

any other good places.... was also wondering if my 4.3l TBI would be interchangeable with perhaps say a 5.0 or 5.7l?

ermmmm......ive seen them on summit as well as lmc.com i believe

just checked lmc and they only have the 5.0 and 5.7l engine sized tbi's, thats why i was wondering if i could interchange it for one of those

and i know summit doesnt have any for the 4.3l either

Check local junkyards clean one up and do the ultimate mods

Just make sure the throttle shaft isn't shot thats pretty much all u gotta look for
