80's and early 90's Camaros had them behind a 305. The iroc era ones.

I thought there was something about the Camaro t5 that made swapping one into another vehicle problematic?

I had a T5 in a 6cyl jeep yj , it didn't last. If you do a v8 swap in a jeep the t5 in not recommended, I cant imagine it ever holding up in a heavy truck.

That could be the case, I just remember them being in Camaros back then. Only the 305 cars, the 350 irocs only came with 700R4's.

The Camaro T5 was rotated 17 degrees counter-clockwise. The 4.3l S10 and Blazer are straight up.

Install the T5 with wing-nuts, so when you shatter it, you don't need tools to remove it.

Crunch all you want, they'll make more.

The T5 was a fragile piece of crap behind V-6s. Even the "World Class" T5 was brittle junk. Like many "Factory" mistakes, the aftermarket has a catalog full of expensive replacement parts to make them more reliable.
