Rule-of-thumb: Compress bushings until they're the same OD at the "fattest" part as the bushing washers supplied with the sway-bar link.It's easy to over-tighten them...only tighten until the bushings just barely begin to compress.
You mean the center bolt breaks? Pick up all the pieces, install a Grade 8 center bolt through the middle. Easy.I know this is an older post, but just chiming in that I've broken many Energy Suspension end links. There's nothing wrong with your truck.

You mean the center bolt breaks? Pick up all the pieces, install a Grade 8 center bolt through the middle. Easy.
Seems to me the original Energy Suspension bolt is Grade 5.
