Swap??

Hey im new here, im on tahoeyukon forum, buyt just wanted to ask...
I got a 98 Tahoe with 5 lug bolt pattern, I really want to put new wheels but I want 6 lug so I have more tire and wheel choices and sizes, so the question of the day is....is it possible to swap 5 lug for 6 lug?? Has anyone done this before? Part numbers? feasible?
