Unless you find some miraculous offset that's just right, you won't fit 37s with a Rough Country kit. With a full-drop kit, yes, but an RCX 6" is only a 5.25" drop. I mean you'll fit it, but it's gonna be pretty bad in terms of turning and any off-roading without trimming.

Since it's a 1/2ton, I'm assuming you don't have a 4.11 gear ratio, without at least that the truck is gonna be a dog.

16" wheel is fine but it's really just preference, I never liked the "doughnut" look.
Yeah i might go with 16" dont like big rims. Like more tire

A 6" suspension is good for up to 35's depending on rim width and offset and add a 3" body lift to that and you can get 37's. To help the trans out most people will regear, commonly recommend is 4.56 with 35 and 4.88 with 37 now that can change a little depending on how or where u drive the truck. Other things to think about are quality u joints and front end components, pitman arm, idler arm, ball joints and tie rod ends, the normal wear parts. Very common question with lots of answers on here if you search around you will find more out.

6" bds suspension with torsion bars as low as they go and a 3" body lift with 16" rims and 315/75/16 aka 35/12.50

I dont really off road unless i takw my dirtbike out then i might just do a few hill climbing on the truck. But nothing crazy. Just like the look n like to have it ready in case i get pumped up lol. No crazy jumps though.

Gonna look into regearing the trans thanx bud for the help.

Hey im not lookin to kill any dreams but any kind of jump is horrible on a truck unless its built to be jumped (6" rcx is not built to jump at all) even if its a small jump. Also you dont regear the trans, its the front and rear differentials that you regear. Just figured id get ya pointed back in the right direction.

Doing a lot of reading today and it looks like people are saying close to $2k to regear the front and rear ends?

Stevie not trying to hijack your thread. I just seem like we are in the same boat and we can team up on this.

I just called a local guy who works out of his own shop. He told me he would change the gears out for $250 per the axle if I purchased all the parts. Now I just have to find a parts list ;)

You need the ring and pinion and a master install kit. So about 500-750 on top of that.
