Suggestion: Display Real Name

I know a lot of people here who spend a lot of time here and are very active in this online community refer to a lot of other fellow members by their real name. Most people put there name in their signature. I was wondering if we could get an option to display our real name below our avatar like the pictures below.

I like to keep my sig clean, oranized, and simple. And as you can see I've already got like 10 things going on in it right now.
