Stock Shocks for 2/4 Drop

Hey guys, my 2-door Tahoe really needs new shocks, but I'm planning on lowering in the next 6-8 months so I'd prefer not to have to buy shocks again when I lower it. Will stock shocks work with my 2/4 drop. If it matters, the front will be dropped with coil springs and the back with DJM flip kit with the shock relocators.
