Would you know which years of Ford had the D60 HP? I remember reading the thread saying 78-79. (If there was a particular year that was better)

77.5-79. Those are the years for the leaf sprung 32" pad width high pinion 44s and 60s.

Would a GM rear end (14 FF) work with a Ford HP D60 in the front? As far as gears go, and lug pattern?

Lug pattern is the same but the threads are different.

Did you have a linkage from your column to your tranny? Or was it able drivin, how did you get the rear spring bracket to fit around it?
