That's what I was thinking. Crew cabs are long enough but it looks like it has a short bed to compensate the extended cab

I don't know about that truck specifically but there were 3rd party companies that used to do stuff like that. Extend cabs, make limos, even make 4 door trucks before they were available from the factory.

Front half of the engine cradle re welded to the frame. Looks like a old c10 frame but idk just another picture I saw

a million miles 25 years some one drove a lot I want to see the odometer how many transmissions has it gone though was the engine ever rebuilt or replaced have the difs and t-case had service how many fuel pumps starters alternators water pumps caps and rotors coils has it gone through has the fuel spider been replaced dose the ac work how many radiators and heater cores has it gone through there is way to many more things I could add
