Sealed beam to H4 conversion issues.

95 k2500 work truck. Got glass housings that use 9004/H4 bulbs. Easy install but one light only comes on when I wiggle the connector on the bulb. Once it’s on, it shuts off all the way with hi-beam. Switched bulbs- same issue. Put Old sealed beam in and no problems. Any ideas?

Bulbs are DOT 55/60w
Also, I have the big 6 done so constant 14volts.

Drawing to much amps maybe? The connectors inside the plug could be stretched out a bit only letting enough juice to power the originals.

Same wattage as sealed beams. I would guess that’s not the issue
