Richard Rawlings Gas Monkey Garage dad's truck for sale 97 chevy

Gas Monkey flips cars...they don't really put all that great work into it. And if anybody saw the Bandit Trans Am they did it looked nice. But unfortunately they messed it up with dumb tasteless things. The iconic logo on the hood... they changed it and put a gas monkey logo there. I don't like some of their taste but they are fun to watch on TV

That being said, this truck looks clean under the hood. Interior is worn and I sincerely hope it doesn't go for more than it should just because it has Gad Monkey's name on it. Paint job seems okay and it seems fairly clean on the exterior. They had that rip in the headliner and those leather seats certainly have seen better days. Also it's a 2WD....

It is... tops it should go for $4700

If it sells for what it is now, it won't bother me all too much. I'm scared to see it reach near 6,000

Tops.. a 97 2WD with 200k miles on it in PERFECT condition should fetch 4700 on its best day ever. That one... eh.. I would think it should top out at 4400-4500 but it well surpassed that already and I wouldnt even pay 3k for a 2WD unless it was to flip it but that's just me

I was going off of KBB... forgot to mention that was retail but I figured gas monkey should be getting something around retail out of it

I just checked and private party in excellent condition it's worth 3,000
Even in fair condition KBB still says 2,400 though so if you could pick up a nice 2WD for 2,000 or a little less that could be an easy flip for 500 bucks

Damn I should buy a few there and sell them here in New Jersey. KBB is practically the law of the land in terms of prices here.
