350 and manual Trans reminds me of my dad's 92 sierra extended can that I learned to drive on. Was a blast to drive!! That's a nice truck

When my dad ordered his '92 Sierra extended cab he got the SLE package but wanted the 350 with a stick. The dealer had to go 300 miles to get one. So they are definitely harder to find especially on a truck with some options on it.

Very clean, but I don't really care for step sides..... the ext. cab stepside looks especially funny, to me.

I'd love to see pictures of the other truck in the garage....... it's a 67-72.
