did you ever get this fixed? on my truck the wiring from the ignition switch to the column were bad, cause me to get low voltage to the fuel pump. replace them and all was good for me

yeah wiring harness was junk from the ecm to the crank sensor

Was it the whole harness? Or just the wiring for the crank sensor? I'm having this same problem, checked everything and replaced the crank sensor, still get p0339. It will start sometimes and drive then die in gear.
