I just re ran the codes on my truck.... P0336 and 339

DTC P0336 Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor Performance

DTC P0339 Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor Circuit Intermittent

guess what I'm changing out.

i know its in the timing chain cover, but does anyone have any knowledge of how to get out without pulling the rad, fan, water pump, and timing cover off?

:dunno: Im no help here sully. But maybe climb under your truck and look?

looks like the hamonic balancer has to come off.. can someone with a haynes or chiltons manual check into this for me?

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Detach the sensor harness connector at the sensor.
Unfasten the retaining bolt, then remove the sensor from the front cover. Inspect the sensor O-ring for wear, cracks or leakage and replace if necessary.

To install:
Lubricate the O-ring with clean engine oil, then place on the sensor. Install the sensor into the front cover.
Install the sensor and tighten the retaining bolt.
Attach the sensor harness connector.
Connect the negative battery cable.
