ok, so I replaced the friggin igntion control module (thank god I have one of the ones that moved it off the distributor) and still wont start. I am waiting for a helper to turn the key while I check for spark in a few different places. Any thoughts on the issue?

It has

Newer Dizzy
Brand new Module
Brand new Coil

So, How old are the wires and plugs? How does the cap and rotor look?

:wtf:, Hmmm, i dont knwo much about Vortec's. Do they use anything else to control spark? Like the crank sensor or something?

I had thought about that, but I would think with a crank pos sensor it would run... like a bag of smashed ass, but it would run
