you can cut the bumpstops and go super high, we cut bump stop and cranked a stock truck to about 5" then we added an actual lift kit and it actually sits lower at 4" than it did with just keys.

The bump stops are part of the new drop member. I can't cut them off. This is the six 6" lift.

I had my bars cranked up almost all the way before and I only got about 2.5" lift. Did you use aftermarket keys or something?

Did it screw up your alignment? Seems like the control arms would be at a massive angle. I wonder how much wheel track you lose like that?

you couldnt even imagine lol. at full droop the cv would snap itself from binding. i ended up making a set of heavy duty u joint based cvs at work for it.

it aligned just fine though.

Just for the record, I did the add-a-leaf without removing the springs. I used the old bolt pins to keep the holes lined up while I clamped them together.
