Projector lens

Call me a dipchit but, do the projector lenses give the sharp line of light with the HID bulbs? Wanting the HID's on my '98 GMC but don't want to blind people with my stock housings... Thanks in advance.

I applaud you for not wanting to put hids in reflector housings.

I did an hid projector retrofit on my 2001. It's awesome. Here's a picture before I finished aiming it.

I got all my parts from www.theretrofitsource.com

They are excellent. They will answer any questions you can imagine. I went with the mini h1 kit and 5500k bulbs.

No one makes an aftermarket projector for our trucks that's worth a damn. Lights with just a glare cap are honestly better than those.

The ONLY proper way to do it is to retrofit projectors into our housings.

these look like legit projectors. i have seen a few use LED with these and they worked out well.

Some great ones that have a killer price are the Mini H1's on Amazon. Check them out. I used them. Search my name in here... I did a retrofit based off SubWarrior's orig post.
