Recently changed out my idler arm and pitman arm, got the alignment done. Wheel is pretty much straight, now I’m hearing a pop sound when I turn left and sometimes when I hit a bump. Any ideas?

Agreed with RichLo, but also make sure your upper control arms are tight. If they did caster/camber adjustments, they may not have gotten them rascals tight. Also, grab a buddy and have them move the wheel back and forth while you go underneath and look over everything.

What they said ^

It was a balljoint on my mom's old tahoe.

It was the shop not tightening the control arm bolts during the alignment on my girlfriend's silverado.
