Clicking noise when turning wheel

Just noticed this today on my 98 k2500 suburban.
When I turn the wheel left, I get a clicking noise, almost like when it’s flipping the turn signal off after turning.

Turn signal switch cam in column? Click at the same position every time? Srs light on? Indicating it could be a clock spring?

Have you checked the shaft joints above your feet? When turning slow same thing?

No SRS light on, and it clicks at the same spots, 3-4 of them while turning the wheel left.

I have not, but the noise isnt coming from down below.

Indicating it's a column issue, don't know how common the under dash u-joint issue is, but worth investigating.

Did you try selecting turn signal see if it coordinates with signal cancel?

Ok, 2-3-4 turns does it always click at same clocking would have put it in better perspective.
