We all realize that the "Pace trucks" weren't ACTUALLY Pace trucks, right?

They were a "promotional items" meant to sell trucks and not one ever touched a track.

Want a "pace truck"?

Buy one and chuck a paint job on it.

Same thing.....

If anybody here believed it was actually used as a pace truck, then there would be less people arguing its value. ;)

Right... (well sort of) They weren't pace trucks, nor were they ever promoted, or sold as such. They were the "official truck" of the Indy 500 that year.
