i got no idea about the actual hardware kit. i would measure the holes in the frame and the holes on the hitch and go with the largest bolt you can fit thru them both! then ask the people at Etrailer what kinda washers/blocks do they have that will work for you. i think i saw some washers block things on there site before. just message them what size bolt holes you have and they should be able to find the right side square/rectangular washer for ya!
im sure they can help ya out! ive gotten answered every time ive contacted them pretty quick! bought from them multiple times!

ok cool! I know a guy that has a hitch form a dodge ram. I'll see if his hardware will work
