Thanks everyone for the warm welcome!

The truck is doing OK but I'm thinking of doing a full tune up on it now. I'm sure most the fluids, except oil, are the original fluids from 1988, as are some of the parts are too. And with the very little use it got the past 15 years, some of them aren't in the best condition. So far thinking new EGR, PCV, O2, dist/rotor/wires/plugs and doing the gamut of fluids/filters and a thorough seafoam treatment. I got the dreaded SES Code 43/rough idle problem and hoping the tune up might help solve that also.

What I have done so far is:
  • Got new fender chrome. They were cheap from RockAuto.
  • Removed the front license plate holder (not required here anyways). Unfortunately now I want to get a smooth front bumper.
  • Got a new OE glovebox inner shell (old one was cracked at the pivot).
  • Snagged a few sets of OE cup holders for $3 each at the wreckers in Burgundy.
  • Picked up a set of Anzo LED tails.
I also want to now find out what rims these are. The centercaps need to be replaced with some GMC ones I think.
