Newb question already tried search help please ? about pwr door locks

1996 gmc k3500 sle, pwr door locks worked when purchased, now it doesn't out of nowhere...remote still makes it lock and unlock, but from the door panels door lock buttons do not work on either driver or passenger side, window buttons still funtion fine is there a fuse or something ? I couldn't find the fuse near steering wheel or in engine compartment is it a fuse that is shared by something else ? no fuses were blown, i checked all of them one by one any help is appreciated thanks in advance

I know it sounds stupid, but check the fuse that controls your cig. lighter. Guaranteed fix.

Hey no problem. I had to find out the hard way. Some of the wiring on these trucks makes no sense to me. (my cig lighter still doesn't work either!)
