Building a chevy 3500 bagged with MMW upper and lowers 2.5 over stock on 24s. Tie rods hitting when aired out, I know I can notch the frame but don't want to go that route unless I have to. I know MMW makes a no-notch kit but only for 1500s, is there one for 3500s? Also how do you handle the harness in the firewall?

I just usually notch the frame for tie rods, and I relocate the wiring when I tub the firewall, usually up and over to the left towards the booster.

Just notch the frame using some steel pipe.

Or if you are afraid of notching your frame, MMW sells a notch less tie rod kit I believe. It is not cheap though

Under $10 for a small section of schedule40 3" pipe from any steel supply company.. few hours of time doing it.
Boom.. DoNe. Saved a ton of money. And never have to worry about replacing some custom made tie rod that's going to wear out only when it's most inconvenient...lol
