me and my dad washed and waxed it today before the snow starts to fly also fixed the blower motor very easy fix just a wire that came un plugged

Bad news truck developed a loud whirring noise today. WHen slowing down from 65 or so. It does it whether I'm in neutral or drive or whether I'm on the brakes or not. It gets a little quieter when its in neutral. Any help or advice is appreciated.
